But what if we say that you can control your hair fall just by following some instructions & by using some home remedies. Well, it is possible. There are a number of remedies available online but many of them are not helpful. So, let’s hear it from experts.

- Green tea

- Avoid hot shower

- Egg treatment
Use the whole egg to condition your hair. If you’ve got dry hair, you can simply use egg whites to moisturize your hair. Use ½ cup of any egg mixture (egg white, entire egg) and apply it gently on your hair. Leave it for at least 20 minutes and rinse well with cool water.
- Bottle gourd treatment
Extract some juice and apply it into your hair. Leave this solution for 30-45 minutes and wash it off thoroughly. Specialists consider it to be one among the beauty tips for hair that might do wonders.
- For that shiny soft hair
Take 1 cup of any conditioner and add 2-3 tablespoons of honey. Apply this mixture evenly on your wet hair. Leave it for 30-45 minutes and wash it off thoroughly. This mixture will close your hair’s cuticle and help to provide your hair that shiny look.
- Sodium-bicarbonate therapy
One of the best tips for hair is sodium-bicarbonate therapy. Make a mix of three tbsp with water. Rinse your hair with this solution after shampooing. Leave it for 5 minutes before the ultimate rinse. This therapy will help to get rid of the surplus shampoo and styling product from your hair which is very harmful for your hair if not washed properly.
- For bouncy hair
Apply a mixture of warm water and apple vinegar to your hair. Rinse it thoroughly with cold water after 5 minutes to urge obviate the apple cider smell.
- Make your conditioner
For a protein packed conditioner, mix eggs and yogurt and rub it into your scalp properly. Leave it for at least 10 minutes, then wash it off completely with cold water.
- For strong hair

- Physical activity
Make time for physical activity every day at least for 15-30 minutes. Walk, swim or bike for half-hour each day helps balance hormonal levels, reducing stress levels & thus reducing hair fall too.
Biotin is one of the vitamins that helps our body convert food into energy. Studies shows that including biotin-rich food in your diet or taking biotin supplement may have a positive impact by slowing down hair loss. If you’re having hair fall problems, then include biotin-rich foods like nuts, sweet potatoes, eggs, onions and oats in your diet.
- Cleanliness is vital
Dandruff and itchy scalp are the most important reason behind hair fall that we overlook most of the times. Therefore, you must maintain good cleanliness for beautiful, shiny and healthy hair. But don’t wash your hair frequently. Wash your hair every 2-3 days, for better regulation of natural hair oils.
- Avoid brushing wet hair
Your hair is in its weakest state when it is wet. So avoid brushing wet hair because the probabilities of hair loss increases. However, if you still want to comb wet hair, use a really wide-toothed comb. Also avoid brushing hair too frequently as this can injure hair and increase hair fall.
- Use protection before you jump into the pool
Pools can do great damage to your hair because it contains harsh chemicals – says Dr Jadhao. He says; prevent your hair from the pool damage by simply applying a conditioner to your hair before you swim.
